Vince Cracchiolo joined Madern as Technical Engineering Manager

January 29, 2019

Dear Customer,

As many of you know, Mr. Vince Cracchiolo joined Madern in May of 2018 as our Technical Engineering Manager. Since joining our team, Vince’s responsibilities have been focused on a variety of projects, including becoming familiar with Madern’s technology and has not been available to contact many of you. We would like to inform you that as of January 15, 2019 Vince has completed his agreement obligation and is able to have contact with ALL Madern Group customers and potential customer. With Vince’s expertise he will help Madern continue its aggressive expansion in the Rotary Die and Converting market both in the Americas and Worldwide.

Mr. Cracchiolo brings with him over 35 years of experience in the converting and related equipment industry. Prior to joining Madern, Mr. Cracchiolo worked for Atlantic Eagle and Bernal LLC, where he served as ‘Director of Die Engineering’ for the past 25 years. His expertise in die design, custom rotary web applications, manufacturing process, product and process improvement with new coatings and material as well as customer interfacing makes him an excellent addition to the Madern group.

“I was very excited to start my new endeavor with Madern last year. As a former competitor, I’ve always respected Madern’s quality and attention to detail. Now that I’ve seen firsthand Madern’s capabilities and technology for equipment and rotary dies, I can say with confidence that they are so far ahead of the competition that it will be difficult to catch-up. In addition to Madern’s technology, as one visits the facility, it becomes immediately apparent that Madern provides a work environment that displays discipline, professionalism, progress and a great work-life balance; my decision to join Madern was an easy one.”

We are excited to have Vince onboard as he knows the industry very well and can help us achieve our goals. Vince’s primary responsibility will be to take our technology and couple it with existing industry technology to make a better product for our customers and potential customers. We believe he will bridge the gap between traditional converting operations using older technology and Madern’s advanced technology.

We encourage you to contact Vince directly at (586)484-1795 for any technical questions or advice as we continue to grow and show progress in both our systems and rotary dies. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
