Madern Investments USA GP Welcomes Weidenmiller Company
ITASCA, IL – Madern Group announced that it has acquired Weidenmiller Co., a rotary tool and die manufacturer to the cookie, cracker, snack and pet foods industries. The purchase will expand The Madern Group’s footprint in the USA; with Weidenmiller Co., Evers International LLC and Madern USA Inc. Weidenmiller Co. will continue to operate as normal with all employees in Itasca, IL.
